Book the Job SMS Program
This page describes the Book the Job text messaging program operated by Dailey International Inc ("Book the Job") on behalf of participating home-service businesses. It explains how consumers begin receiving messages, what messages to expect, and how to stop them at any time.
How It Works for Callers
- You call your service provider. You dial the published phone number of a participating HVAC or home-service business — from their website, Google listing, or service vehicle.
- If they can't answer, you get one text. So your request isn't lost, the business sends a single automated text message identifying itself by name.
- You decide what happens next. Reply to continue the conversation about your service request. If you don't reply, no further messages are sent. Reply STOP at any time to end all messaging.
Consent
By placing a call to a participating business's published phone number and replying to its text-back message, you consent to receive conversational text messages from that business regarding your service inquiry. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP.
